First Year of Operation

Submec Offshore has completed its first 12 months of trading and has achieved over 90% of the objectives set out in the original business plan. Assisting TS Marine in the Puffin Field installation and the Basker Manta mooring repair as the two major projects. January 2008 saw Woodside Energy award TS Marine / Submec Offshore the Laminaria / Corallina Subsea Control System Repair contract to be complete in Feb/March 2008. TS Marine is the prime contractor managing the vessel and operations, whilst Submec Offshore will complete the engineering analysis / design, project documentation / procedures and supply offshore engineering and ROV personnel.

2008 looks very promising for Submec Offshore with several possible projects that will continue to grow & develop the company.
