ROV Employee Workplace Collective Agreement
Submec Offshore successfully negotiated an ROV employee workplace collective agreement this year, effective July 2008, which ensures our workforce remain competitive in terms of financial rewards and employment conditions. It also enables Submec to move forward as a company with a stable platform to grow.
The ROV Workplace Collective Agreement has been lodged with the Workplace Authority for a " Non Disadvantage Test" to be conducted.
