Submec Merger
Submec Pty Ltd and Submec Offshore Pty Ltd company merge
On the 7th July 2008 it was decided to merge both companies into one. It will take time to align existing contracts and agreements currently in place but this decision will give the company an aligned direction which will assist in future growth.
