One major focus for Submec is to provide a zero-injury workplace so “everyone that goes to work gets home to their families safely”. Submec places a high priority on working with and the continual improvement of its HSEQ management systems.
Submec has set the following targets:
• No Environmental, Health or Safety Incidents / No Injuries
• Activities carried out in full compliance with the Company’s Policies
• For each activity, full compliance with legislative requirements and Health and Safety or Environmental Plan commitments
The objectives of the HSES process is to provide definition of the health, safety, environment and security vision and intentions of the Company and to provide the Submec teams with direction and guidance necessary to achieve the Corporate vision and aspirations with regard to health, safety, environment and security; and to comply with the Policies of Submec.
