Facilities

Submec moved into new premises in January of 2005. The premises are approximately 9 kms to the east of the city centre of Perth in the suburb of Belmont, with the Perth Airport approximately another 3 kms to the east. The office area is a modern open planned environment of 339 square metres. The workshop/warehouse area is an L-shaped of 780 square metres with 8 metre high roof clearance, with a 7 metre wide roller door at the front of the building allows for easy access for all type of trucks. The warehouse area contains a pallet racking system and is serviced by a 2.5 tonne forklift.
